Privacy policy

Information in the game

Cocoa Corner stores game progress and preferences on your device so you can continue playing. This includes your stand, recipes, inventory, upgrades, daily reports, tutorial progress, and sound, haptic, and motion settings. The game does not send this information to us.

We do not collect personal information through gameplay, sell personal information, or share gameplay data with advertisers. The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library. There are no in-app purchases or third-party advertising or analytics services enabled in the game.

Local saves and deletion

Your progress and settings remain on the device until you replace or remove them. Settings → Start fresh lets you begin a new game after confirmation. To remove all app data, including local backup saves and preferences, delete the app through iPhone Settings. Offloading the app keeps its data.

Device backups may contain app data depending on your Apple settings. Cocoa Corner does not provide its own cloud save service, and we cannot access or restore your local saves. Manage device backups separately in your Apple settings.

Support messages

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you send. We use these only to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain support correspondence. Our email provider processes those messages to deliver and store them.

We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, unless a longer period is required by law. Email the contact below to request deletion of your support correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Apple and TestFlight

Apple handles App Store purchases, downloads, device backups, and TestFlight distribution under its own policies. When you use TestFlight, Apple automatically collects crash logs and usage information and shares them with us. Depending on how you were invited, this can include your name and email address. Feedback you choose to send is also shared with us. Apple may separately provide diagnostics you choose to share through iOS. We use these reports to investigate problems and improve the game, retaining our copies only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. Contact us for access or deletion requests concerning data available to us; Apple manages data retained in its own systems.

This website and external links

Opening Privacy policy or Support in the game launches your browser and requires an internet connection. No saved game data is included in those links. We do not add analytics, advertising trackers, or contact forms to these pages.

The website is hosted with OpenAI Sites. The hosting provider and its infrastructure may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website under their own policies. See OpenAI’s privacy policy. Your browser and email provider also operate under their own privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support message, contact us to request its deletion.
